We currently do not offer refunds on any orders. However, we do facilitate exchanges for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition with tags and packaging intact

All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Exchange Conditions

We only offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Size issues
  • Wrong item received

Please note:

  • Items bought on sale or with discounts are not eligible for exchange
  • Accessories are non-exchangeable
  • Customers are responsible for the delivery charges for both sending and receiving exchanged items

  • Share your order number and the reason for exchange

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Make sure to share clear unboxing pictures or videos for verification
  • Once confirmed, we’ll assist you with a replacement

5. Important Information

  • Exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the product does not meet our policy criteria
  • Please do not send any item back without prior confirmation from our team
